The Completion Report

When delivery is finished, a completion report is generated and attached to your campaign record. It includes the full GPS route map, start and finish timestamps, street-level coverage confirmation, the distributor's recorded non-delivery log, and any geo-tagged photos taken during the round.

Review the report against your target area. The non-delivery log will show any addresses flagged by the distributor as undeliverable, along with the reason recorded. A proportion of these is expected in any campaign - see the note on the 5-10% wastage allowance in the Campaign FAQs. What you are looking for is whether your agreed area has been covered to a reasonable standard given the real constraints of the delivery.

If you are satisfied with the report, payment is released to the distributor automatically at the end of the review window. If you have a specific concern, raise it as a dispute before the window closes.
