Recording Non-Deliveries

Use the dedicated recording button in the app to log any address where delivery was not possible. Do this at the time, not retrospectively at the end of the shift. This is possible through a convenient button placed on the screen of your phone by our app which allows you to do that at any time without major effort.

Legitimate reasons to record a non-delivery include a clearly displayed No Junk Mail sign, an aggressive or audible animal behind the door or gate, a confrontational resident, genuine no access such as a gated property with no visible letterbox, or an approach that presents a real safety concern.

Record only what is genuine. The platform monitors non-delivery rates across areas and cross-references them against historical data from other distributors who have served the same streets. Where recorded non-delivery rates are notably higher than the established pattern for an area, that area may be physically checked. Accurate records protect you; inflated ones do not.

For consultation campaigns, the threshold is different - every possible effort must be made to reach every address before recording it as undeliverable, and the record should include detail on what was attempted.
