Preparing for a Campaign

Once your proposal is accepted and the client has made payment, the campaign moves to active status. Before delivery begins, make sure the following are in order.

Leaflets. Confirm the collection or delivery arrangement for your leaflet stock. Count or weigh the bundles before you start to verify the volume matches what was agreed.

Route planning. Review your delivery area in the app and plan your route before the first day of delivery. Identify where you will start, how you will work through the area efficiently - minimising road crossings by planning stretches that cover multiple roads on one side before returning - and where any logical resupply or rest points are if the volume requires multiple sessions.

Equipment. Ensure your phone is fully charged before each shift, location services are enabled, and the Marketize app is open and tracking before you post the first leaflet. Carry a portable charger if your phone's battery does not reliably last a full shift. Bring sufficient water and food for the day, appropriate clothing for the weather, and a well-fitted backpack distributed to carry your leaflet load comfortably.
