Raising a Dispute
If the GPS report shows meaningful gaps in coverage that are not explained by the non-delivery log, or if you have other grounds to question whether the campaign was completed as agreed, navigate to the campaign and select the dispute option before the payment release window closes.
Describe the issue clearly and refer to specific sections of the GPS report where possible. Marketize will review the full evidence set - GPS route data, timestamps, photos, non-delivery records, and platform communications - and may cross-reference coverage against data from other distributors who have previously served the same area on the platform.
Both parties are kept informed throughout the process. The outcome is determined by what the evidence shows. Possible results include full payment release to the distributor, partial release with a partial refund to you, a redelivery arrangement depending on the circumstances, or a full refund.
