Payment and What Happens to Your Funds

When you accept a proposal and confirm payment, the campaign fee is processed through Stripe and held in an escrow-like account. The funds remain there - accessible to neither party - until the campaign is completed and verified. This means you are not paying for work in advance on trust; the payment mechanism itself enforces completion before release.

Marketize takes its commission from both sides at the point of payment. The amount you see at confirmation is the full amount you will be charged - there are no additional fees applied afterwards.

If the campaign is completed as agreed, funds release to the distributor automatically once the review window closes. If you have concerns about the delivery before that window closes, you can raise a dispute - see Article 6.
