Setting Up Your Service Area and Profile

Before you can receive campaign work, your account needs two things in place: a configured payout and a defined service area.

Payout setup is done through the Billing section of your account. You will connect a bank account via Stripe. Until this is done, you cannot submit proposals or receive payment - the banner at the top of your dashboard will remind you if it is outstanding.

Your service area is defined using the map tool under Create New Service. Draw a polygon around the areas you cover, drop a radius from your base location, or select individual postcode sectors from the panel on the right. Be realistic about what you can reliably cover - a service area that is too large to service properly will lead to proposals you cannot fulfil, which affects your reviews and your standing on the platform.

Your profile is what clients see when your proposal arrives in their inbox. Include accurate information about your experience, the distribution types you offer, and any relevant details about how you work. A complete profile with clear information receives more acceptances than a sparse one.
