Posting a Campaign and Reviewing Proposals

Once you are ready to post, navigate to the Campaigns tab and select New Campaign. You will be guided through four stages: Location, Details, Pricing, and Confirmation.

At the Location stage, use the map tool to define your delivery area and review the estimated letterbox count. At the Details stage, select your distribution type, specify your leaflet format, and provide any instructions relevant to your campaign - delivery timing preferences, particular streets to prioritise or avoid, or any other context that will help a distributor plan accurately. At the Pricing stage you will see package options. At Confirmation, review everything before submitting.

Once posted, your campaign is visible to verified distributors and agencies covering your area. As proposals come in you can review each one - distributor profile, reviews from previous campaigns, their proposed pricing and approach, and their stated availability. Use the built-in chat to ask questions before making a decision. There is no obligation to accept the first proposal you receive, and comparing two or three before deciding is reasonable practice for larger campaigns.

When you are ready, accept the proposal that best fits your requirements. Payment is then requested to proceed to the active stage.
