How do I submit a proposal on a campaign?

Browse open campaigns in the Campaigns tab. Select any campaign you are able to service, review the client's requirements, and submit a proposal including your pricing, your planned approach, and your availability. Clients can view your profile, reviews, and past campaign history before accepting. You can communicate with the client via chat prior to acceptance.
