What happens if the GPS record has a gap in it?
The app's offline-first design means that genuine signal loss does not produce blank sections in the route - data is captured locally and syncs on reconnection. A gap in the GPS record therefore indicates either that location services were disabled on the distributor's device during that period, or that the app was not running. Both are the distributor's responsibility to prevent. A significant unexplained gap in route data is treated as an incomplete delivery for that section and will be taken into account in payment release and dispute assessment.
